Our foundation has no affiliation with any religious community, ideological movement, or political party, and it upholds the traditional Islamic institution of waqf (charitable endowment). Political or ideological discussions are strictly prohibited within the foundation. Our goal is to deliver aid to all people in need, wherever they may be. In line with this mission, we act based on the values that unite us rather than the ideas that divide us, providing assistance without any discrimination of religion, language, race, community, or political affiliation. For this reason, anyone from any background can join or donate to the Hilf al-Fudul Foundation with complete peace of mind.
The Hilf al-Fudul Foundation provides aid to people regardless of religion, language, race, or gender. Our priority is to reach and help anyone in need, wherever they may be. However, in many cases, those in need happen to be predominantly Muslims, especially in regions affected by war or occupation. For example, during famine crises in Africa, the foundation extends assistance to both Muslims and non-Muslims in poverty. Similarly, the water wells established across Asia and Africa serve not only Muslim communities but also people of other faiths living in need.
As the Hilf al-Fudul Foundation, we ensure that all entrusted resources are delivered directly to those in need. The foundation does not allocate any portion of donations for its own institutions, staff, or other operational expenses. Instead, it establishes a separate fund specifically for administrative costs and transparently communicates this to its donors.
Our foundation does not exclude anyone. Instead of acting on ideas that divide, it operates on values that unite — delivering aid to those in need without any distinction of religion, language, race, community, or political affiliation. It is ready to work alongside people from all ideological backgrounds to bring hope to humanity and preserve timeless values in a changing world. We therefore invite all compassionate hearts to contribute to this humanitarian mission. – The Hilf al-Fudul Foundation ensures that all entrusted resources are delivered directly to those in need. You or any other authorized party may participate in auditing our work by covering your own audit expenses. All of our organization’s activities are fully open to inspection and review.
The Hilf al-Fudul Foundation operates through the contributions of donors and volunteers. It has no external or independent financial source beyond these donations.

Some of the projects carried out abroad are directly overseen by Hilf al-Fudul Foundation representatives, while others are conducted in cooperation with partner organizations that are well-acquainted with the local region. Both the partner institutions and the foundation’s representatives regularly prepare reports on these projects, ensuring that all activities are continuously monitored and audited.
