Right to Information: The right to receive detailed information about our foundation’s mission, vision, how donations will be used, and the foundation’s capacity and intent to utilize the donations efficiently and in line with their intended purpose.
Right to Governance Information: The right to obtain information about the foundation’s board of directors and executives, and to expect these individuals to perform their duties responsibly and prudently.
Right to Access Financial Information: The right to access detailed information regarding the foundation’s current financial status and accounts.
Right to Assurance of Donation Use: The right to receive assurance that all donations will be used in accordance with their intended purposes.
Right to Appreciation: The right of every donor to be properly and appropriately thanked for their contribution.
Right to Privacy: The right to request that donations be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws.
Right to Professional Relationships: The right to expect that all interactions with foundation representatives and staff are conducted in a professional manner.
Right to Know the Identity of the Solicitor: The right to know whether the person requesting the donation is a volunteer, an employee of the foundation, or an external representative.
Right to Communication Privacy: The right to request removal from any contact list if personal communication information is shared with third parties.
Right to Ask Questions: The right to ask questions when making a donation and to receive immediate, accurate, and transparent answers.
