ABOUT US

The Hilful Fudul agreement, the most important and most virtuous agreement among the Arabs of the Jahiliyya period, is a very important event in the context of human rights. The desire to live a peaceful and prosperous life in the universe has always been one of the most fundamental goals of humanity. For this reason, every human being has the right to live, to acquire property, to education, to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, etc., which are essential for human beings to live humanely. However, one of the most obvious reasons that prevent the achievement of these goals is the injustices and persecutions that human beings are subjected to from time to time. While these oppressions have made life unbearable, they have led to many struggles inspired by divine religions and human systems.

The way to bring humanity to a better future is to prevent oppression and establish a just order. Divine religions and human systems have made efforts to ensure that human beings live in accordance with human dignity. The ideas that make human beings human have never approved of injustice and oppression. Therefore, ensuring justice and ending oppression are vital for the development of societies and the progress of humanity.

The reflections of Hilful Fudul, which is almost hidden in provisions such as the importance of the existence of a community that calls for good and forbids evil, that no sinner should bear the sins of others, that neither oppression nor oppression should be done, and that those who remain silent in the face of injustice and oppression will be the dumb devil, are often heartbreaking. It is an inescapable fact that we need civil initiatives to eliminate these problems today.

Every person with a good conscience should practice the principle of “standing against all oppressors, no matter how strong they are, and always siding with the oppressed, no matter how weak and powerless they are” in their lives. Therefore, against the oppression, torture, violation of rights and bloodshed taking place in the world, Muslims should come together with non-Muslims and take the necessary measures and provide material and moral support and assistance to the people in need in the fields of education, health, livelihood, sustenance, social, economic, artistic and cultural fields.

The fact that the Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam, joined the Hilful Fudul organization formed by the pagan Meccans without hesitation when he was invited to do so, and that he would have joined if he had been invited to do so after he became a prophet, and that he accepted all the decisions taken in that society, sets an example for us today by reminding us how important it is to serve humanity, defend justice and fulfill social responsibilities.

An understanding full of injustice that disrupts the social order and presents tyranny with various attractive names and justifications constitutes a modern version of the concept of oppression. The civil reaction of virtuous people with different worldviews against this understanding can be called Hilful Fudul (Pact/Oath of the Virtuous). This is the expression of the solidarity of those struggling for a better future for humanity, coming together for the protection of justice and human rights. In a sense, Hilful Fudul is the embodiment of the struggle for justice against oppression and injustice by valuing human beings as human beings, forming common unions with virtuous and moral people regardless of religion, language and race, and mobilizing the common conscience of humanity.

A common attitude must be adopted to prevent oppression, without discrimination between Muslims and non-Muslims. It is the duty of every human being to help all those who are oppressed by being deprived of their rights to life, property, education, freedom of thought, conscience and religion, which are fundamental for human beings to live humanely, and to create institutions to fulfill these duties. We believe that all of humanity should stand against discord, oppression and conflict, and on the side of order, justice, consultation, alliance and cooperation. Therefore, it is the duty of all Muslims to come together with people from all different segments of society within the framework of legitimate principles in order to protect human rights.

Today, we must act in the light of these values and work for a fairer, more equitable and more humane world. Each of us must defend justice and humanitarian values in our own environment and society, stand against oppression and fight for a livable world. Only in this way can we realize the common goal of humanity: a peaceful and prosperous life.

Thus, in order for justice and goodness to prevail on earth, with the awareness of universal brotherhood, regardless of religion, language, race, gender and similar discrimination, without discriminating religion, language, race, gender and so on, in the face of injustice, oppression, injustice and oppression experienced in the world, to come together and provide a dignified life by delivering the humanitarian aid they need to all needy and oppressed people wherever they are, To prevent all kinds of policies and activities that make people helpless and oppressed, to carry out the necessary work to ensure that the fundamental rights and freedoms of all human beings are not violated, to keep goodness alive everywhere at all times by ensuring that the values that do not change in a changing world are kept alive, and to revive the mission of the Hilful Fudul community before the century of bliss in today's modern world and to revive the mission of the Islamic prophet Hz. The name of the Hilfu'l Fudul Society was given to our foundation, which was established in order to reopen the formation, which Muhammad expressed that he would be happy and honored to be in such a formation when he was called in the post-Islamic period as well as in the pre-Islamic period, to all humanity and to continue it in a manner worthy of its name.
